The rooms were impeccably cleaned by the housekeeping staff, with every corner thoroughly tidied. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and there was even complimentary 'bingfen' (a traditional jelly dessert) available for self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient, with direct subway access to Wuyi Square, making transportation a breeze. The room facilities and amenities were comprehensive, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall hotel environment was excellent.

This time, my three girlfriends and I traveled to Changsha and stayed at the Hilton Changsha World Trade Center for four days. The hotel's ambiance was excellent. The front desk and breakfast restaurant are on the 39th floor, and the rooms are on the 40th floor and above, offering fantastic views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows in our room, we could admire the Xiangjiang River. If we returned to our room before 10:30 PM, we could also enjoy the dazzling and ever-changing lights along the Xiangjiang River, as well as the cruise ships passing by. Although we experienced a Xiangjiang River night cruise on our first evening, we later discovered that simply sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window in our room at night, with the lights off, provided a similar experience of enjoying the light show on both banks, just like being on a night cruise. My girlfriends and I chatted while watching the Xiangjiang lights – it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel rooms were also very spacious and well-designed, aligning perfectly with everyday living patterns. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. From the moment we checked in and met Sharly at the front desk, we consistently experienced the high quality and excellent service from Hilton staff. We also enjoyed afternoon tea at the 39th-floor cafe. The hotel's homemade pastries and bread were delicious, and the young lady serving us at the cafe was incredibly patient and meticulous, making our experience extremely comfortable. Changsha left us with a wonderful impression, and we will definitely return and choose the Hilton Changsha World Trade Center again.

I stayed in room 3210. The room was reasonably clean and spacious enough, but I was still a bit disappointed. There was no power outlet near the computer desk, so I had to move the table to find one. While the room amenities, like the river-view bathtub, matched the description, the layout of this room type was quite perplexing. I really need to complain about the breakfast. There were no options to choose from; they just delivered it to your room at a set time. While it meant I didn't have to go to the restaurant, having no choice and the same breakfast every day was a letdown. It just didn't feel worth the price.

I brought my family here for a vacation and decided to try this newly opened hotel since it offered family suites and the location by the river was quite good. The facilities are indeed very new, and the amenities chosen are also of good quality. If I had to pick faults, one is that the bathroom lacks a place to hang clothes, which is quite impractical and doesn't offer any privacy. The other issue was on the last day when I requested housekeeping; it took a long time for anyone to show up, and when they finally did, they threw away food I had just bought from my room… This clearly shows a lack of proper training, and although the hotel did compensate me, it still affected the overall experience. Overall, it's still a good stay. Especially the river view rooms, they offer great value for money and I recommend staying here.

The room decor is simple yet stylish, with a modern feel, and the air conditioning works great. A big shout-out to the front desk staff for their excellent service, and another thumbs up to the cleaning lady who serviced our room. She made sure to replenish all room items, like the two bottles of water, which I really appreciate. Downstairs in the lobby, there's also a self-service, free, and unlimited coffee and beverage bar, which I think is a fantastic touch. Overall, my impression is that the service and basic amenities provided are comparable to a five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Facilities: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The gym on the 15th floor is tiny, and half of this building isn't even part of the hotel, it's office space. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just remember to press the 'make up room' button, otherwise, they won't come to clean. Ambiance: The location is excellent, right next to a subway station. Service: The hotel robot delivering food is a nice bonus! All the hotel staff are very warm and attentive!

The room had great natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The location was convenient for getting around, and it offered great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The room is quite spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, including a wardrobe and a mini-fridge. They even have umbrellas available for loan on rainy days. Inside the wardrobe, there are extra pillows and a safe. You can choose between disposable and eco-friendly slippers. For food delivery, a robot brings it right to your room, which is a nice touch. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local snacks like Tangyou Baba (sugar oil cakes) and stinky tofu, all of which taste great. The breakfast fruit is also very fresh. The front desk staff are all excellent and very enthusiastic. Definitely recommended.

The front desk service was excellent, especially LQ. The hotel environment is very new with smart facilities. Downstairs is MixC, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

The check-in speed was very fast. Welcome tea and local specialty snacks were also intimately delivered. Instantly eliminate the fatigue of the journey. The room was even more pleasant, the space was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay down, and the quality of sleep was directly full. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, the toiletries are a faint woody fragrance, and the texture is not lost to the big name. The most plus point is the details: there is a USB charging port at the bedside, and the intentions are everywhere. The breakfast is super rich, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, and the freshly cooked wontons and freshly ground coffee are full of motivation to get up early every day. The location is also very convenient, you can walk to the subway station in 10 minutes, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around. When checking out, the front desk also took the initiative to ask about the check-in experience. This feeling of being valued is really comfortable. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely stay here!
