入住的是行政大床房，房間挺大的，總體比較乾淨，視野很好。
酒店的配套設施似乎並未完全完善，目前在使用的衹有健身房和室內泳池，室外泳池、行政酒廊都沒有開放。
早餐的品類稍微少了一些
服務人員比較少，所以導致幾乎沒有服務

環境非常好 這個價格超值 浴室和衞生間是分開的 離高鐵站也挺近 很方便。我們五一去的 酒店管理的也很好 並沒有混亂嘈雜 也沒有節假日漲價

整體環境還可以，地理位置稍微有點偏，衞生間設計不好，沒有用水沖洗一股尿騷味，美容鏡沒有擦拭上面還留有清晰的指紋印。

五一訂了兩天，入住時給我免費升級到了隔壁大觀酒店，工作人員都很細心專業，酒店房間很大，設施很新，冰箱吧枱保險櫃梳粧台一應俱全。雖然是尾房但和其他酒店不一樣，是兩整面玻璃牆，可以直接看到瀏陽河和長沙國際會展中心，向外看去滿眼都是綠色，對眼睛非常友好，愛了

提前了四天預訂，下午16:30去辦入住沒房間，足足站在前台等半小時還沒有，長者孩子一直站着，也不給升房前台也沒個沙發，不介紹早餐時間，啥服務沒有，拉倒吧還是，慎重啊，不是一定要南站商務出差，度假不用考慮
