A truly therapeutic travel experience – this hotel is worth visiting again and again! I specifically chose this highly-rated hotel for this trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm lighting and simple yet elegant decor instantly relieved my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, providing efficient and attentive check-in, and even proactively offering information on nearby attractions and breakfast times – attention to detail was paramount. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that made me fall asleep instantly, without any discomfort in the unfamiliar environment. The facilities were comprehensive, including a smart toilet, thermostatic shower, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The toiletries had a fresh scent and were of high quality. The view from the window was expansive; opening the curtains in the morning revealed bright sunshine, instantly lifting my spirits. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering a wide variety of options, including Chinese congee, noodles, and rice noodles; Western bread and coffee; fresh fruit; and delicate pastries. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was excellent, and it catered to different tastes. The hotel's location was also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. Upon check-out, the staff proactively inquired about my stay and thoughtfully presented me with a gift bag; the service was excellent throughout. Whether for business or leisure travel, this hotel is an outstanding choice. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel looked old overall; the hallway carpets and elevators were dirty. The room size was okay. The elevator was shared with other guests upstairs, making it quite messy. My booking included breakfast, but upon arrival I was told it was closed for the Chinese New Year holiday and therefore breakfast was not provided, with no compensation. They later said they could offer simple bread and yogurt, which they gave me the next day (two plates of bread and yogurt). The staff were responsive and answered my questions, but couldn't offer much more help. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, and I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

Every day, the aunt will take the initiative to knock on the door and ask if you need to do hygiene. It is really intimate. I live near the university town and eat. There are many subway stations. It is very close to the subway station. I have not encountered such a cost-effective wine for a long time. Hou Yupei's famous hotel also asked us to come back and get it. It was a hotel that would go again. It was great!

I took my family on a trip from downtown to Xingsha. We booked a room on Ctrip, hoping Zhongmaocheng would accommodate the whole family. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, the environment was clean, and overall, it was a great value for money. My family was very satisfied.
