"This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Changsha. It's clean, tidy, and very dry. I previously stayed at a highly-rated hotel that was just mediocre, and another that was extremely damp – I'm not sure why it had such a high rating. I actually chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The owner promptly resolves any issues, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's also close to Metro Line 6, making getting around very easy, and there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping."

The room is spacious and bright, the wooden floor is warm and high-end, the super large smart TV viewing is super cool, and the atomized glass bathroom is full of technology. The high floor has a wide view, and it is especially pleasant to see the panoramic view of the city in the evening. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs at night. The location is excellent and the front desk is warm and intimate. Although it is not a chain, the quality and service are not lost at all, the price is very high, and I will choose here next time!"

"When traveling, the biggest worries are having too much stuff and nowhere to park. This hotel clearly took care of both. The free parking lot is spacious and easy to access, which is a lifesaver for us self-drivers. Not having to circle around looking for a spot really puts you in a good mood. I also found a laundry room, which I initially thought was just for show, but it was actually functional. In the summer, when you change clothes frequently, being able to wash and dry them yourself is so convenient and comfortable. Overall, the stay felt very reassuring. Nothing fancy, but every detail was spot-on. I hope they continue to maintain this thoughtful service."
