Very convenient if you arrive late at midnight. Near to airport and they provide free shuttle to hotel. Just give them a call when you come out from the airport gate.Nice staffs and the hotel is newly open. Everything is perfect.

The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, patiently answering all my questions. The location is superb, convenient for getting around, and surrounded by all the amenities. The rooms were clean and tidy, with impeccable hygiene, making my stay very reassuring. What I appreciated most was the complimentary airport shuttle service; the driver was punctual and professional, making the entire trip worry-free and comfortable. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended for business trips and leisure travel!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and satisfying this time. The room's environment and hygiene were well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The room facilities were in excellent condition, and the toiletries were of good quality. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, and any requests were handled promptly. The hallways were quiet and not noisy. We highly recommend Pink ink Hotel intercity.

I thought the hotel was right next to the one in Changsha, and I figured it wasn't far, but it took me a 15-minute walk. I can only blame myself for being dumb, as there was a shuttle bus available. Dragging my luggage in the scorching summer heat, I arrived at the front desk, sweating profusely, only to have the check-in staff not even glance at me, let alone offer a tissue. This definitely deserves a big thumbs down. The hotel's hardware truly lives up to the InterContinental standard, but there are significant gaps in other areas. Many airline crews stay here. Honestly, the breakfast is even worse than a Vienna hotel. I can only say there's a huge, huge room for improvement, but then again, given the price, there's not much to complain about. On a positive note, the pour-over coffee bags in the room were actually quite good.

It was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new! The breakfast selection is plentiful. However, the biggest problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. It was impossible to sleep in the street-facing rooms due to the noise from passing trucks. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were still given a street-facing room, and we couldn't change rooms that night.

The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

We stayed overnight on our arrival to Changsha. the hotel is located in a nice quiet location very close to the train station and metro. It was a comfortable stay and very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Changsha
