Just checked out and I have to rave about this place! The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

It's so wise to choose this all season! It is super close to Huanghua Airport, and you don't have to panic in the early flight. The reserved drop-off service is punctual and worry-free. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was unexpectedly good, and it was not affected by the airport noise at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The front desk service is warm, the check-in is super fast, and the boarding precautions are intimately informed. High cost performance, preferred for business trips, come back next time!

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with a subway station right outside the door, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's definitely my top choice for business or leisure travel.

The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

It was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

The hotel's sanitary standards are very high, the corners are cleaned up, and the mattresses are moderately hard and soft. The staff are patient and meticulous, and they are particularly enthusiastic. If you have any needs, please help me solve them immediately. The front desk lady checks in efficiently and quickly, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The facilities are well maintained, there is no old damage, and it is worth staying at the same price.

Free parking and shuttle service save time and worry, the executive lounge provides tea breaks 24 hours a day, and the service is professional and efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always meet my needs in time. The breakfast is also rich and varied, I love it, I like it. The bathroom is clean and tidy and well equipped. The skewers downstairs are also delicious. The front desk recommended me to suit my taste.

Wonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable. Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious. Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.
