Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha. After just one night, I felt great everywhere, and the service was exceptionally meticulous. I absolutely had to leave a good review to remember it. First off, my initial impression of the hotel was its very modern and minimalist decor, with really soft lighting. The bellhop was also very observant and helped carry my luggage up to the front desk on the sixth floor. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, no unnecessary chatter. They efficiently explained the hotel's facilities, which made me feel very comfortable – perfect for an introvert like me. Once I got into the room, the mattress was what I was most delighted about. For someone with back pain like me, it was incredibly comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. They even thoughtfully provided four pillows, which was great for me as someone who loves having multiple pillows to sleep with. There was also a turndown service in the evening, where they not only thoughtfully prepared slippers but also gave me a complimentary glass of warm milk. So incredibly thoughtful!

I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

Landed by plane in the early hours and chose to stay near the airport for a night since going home was too far. The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

Wonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable. Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious. Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.
