The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

2217862****It's so wise to choose this all season! It is super close to Huanghua Airport, and you don't have to panic in the early flight. The reserved drop-off service is punctual and worry-free. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was unexpectedly good, and it was not affected by the airport noise at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The front desk service is warm, the check-in is super fast, and the boarding precautions are intimately informed. High cost performance, preferred for business trips, come back next time!

GGuest UserLanded by plane in the early hours and chose to stay near the airport for a night since going home was too far. The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I felt quite secure knowing the hotel rooms have security latches, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

The staff are patient and meticulous, and they are particularly enthusiastic. If you have any needs, please help me solve them immediately. The front desk lady checks in efficiently and quickly, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The facilities are well maintained, there is no old damage, and it is worth staying at the same price.

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.
