GGuest UserThe room was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around, and it's also close to Changsha South Railway Station, just a twenty-minute taxi ride away.

GGuest UserThe front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserLanded by plane in the early hours and chose to stay near the airport for a night since going home was too far. The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I felt quite secure knowing the hotel rooms have security latches, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance was elegant, and the room was spacious and bright. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The cleanliness was meticulous, and all facilities were complete and brand new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with quick responses, and they even kindly recommended local eateries and attractions. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. What I especially loved was the staff's smiles and genuine care, which made me feel incredibly welcome, just like being at home. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. All in all, this was an accommodation experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to transport. Great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

SSOMNATHWonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable.
Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious.
Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.
