GGuest UserI really want to give a thumbs up to this hotel! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be attracted by the exquisite decoration and the full atmosphere. The room facilities are very complete and the smart devices are very convenient to use. The location of the hotel is also great, with all kinds of food and shopping malls around, making travel very convenient. The breakfast is especially delicious. The noodle soup is made from pork ribs. It has the characteristics of Hunan rice noodles. The hotel is very clean and the aunties are very enthusiastic. This stay experience is great. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel looked old overall; the hallway carpets and elevators were dirty. The room size was okay. The elevator was shared with other guests upstairs, making it quite messy. My booking included breakfast, but upon arrival I was told it was closed for the Chinese New Year holiday and therefore breakfast was not provided, with no compensation. They later said they could offer simple bread and yogurt, which they gave me the next day (two plates of bread and yogurt). The staff were responsive and answered my questions, but couldn't offer much more help. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, and I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserTake my parents out to play, choose the hotel is most afraid that they are not used to living, this is really good, the room has non-slip mats and handrails, parents take a bath. Breakfast has porridge and side dishes, not the kind of Western breakfast that is full of bread and milk, and it tastes quite good. The hotel is not far from the window of the world, and the starting price of a taxi is there. The young lady at the front desk saw that my parents were old and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room. The room was very large and quiet. This kind of intimate really warms people.

The room layout is very unique, the overall hygiene is very good, the facilities are complete, the environment is very new, it is newly renovated and opened. At the same time, I also like their decoration style very much, which is relatively young. It only costs over 200 when you come here, which is relatively cost-effective. Their breakfast is very rich. You can get whatever you want. It is buffet style. When you check out in the morning, you can get a small gift for leaving the store. There is free coffee and milk when you check in. The front desk is small when you leave. My sister was very enthusiastic and even helped us borrow two cups for us to take away. All in all, their service is great and their staff training is in place. Moreover, the needs I put forward to them will be responded to and solved in a timely manner, which makes me feel that the check-in experience is very good. It is great. You can also come and try it out. Generally, it is rare to give a hotel a five-star rating👍

GGuest UserAt first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋

At two o'clock in the morning, an Apple data cable was sent in 3 minutes and it was true that the “exceptional” service outside the standard was done well.

GGuest UserOriginally booked for two nights, the result was directly extended to a week. The room was neatly cleaned, the sheets were covered with dryness, and the bathroom did not have the damp smell. This is too important for people like me who are slightly clean. The facilities are more complete than expected, the projection clarity is good, it is very pleasant to watch a movie at night, and the washing machine is always available, saving a lot of things.
The younger brother at the front desk has a good memory. The second time I met, I could call my surname. I remember that I mentioned that I wanted to drink Youlan latte. The next day I pointed me a short road to tea. The surrounding area is not noisy, I sleep very well, and the rice noodles at the breakfast stall downstairs are unexpectedly authentic.
I have lived in many stores at the same price. It is rare here to be clean and human. I will come again.
