my room is facing airport at day time you can hear the take off and landing noise but I think is acceptable. But good thing the window is doubles door and at night the airport is less flight, so no problems to me. One of the receptionist M/s 曹敏 is very helpful and friendly. I am appreciate her services to me.

I just want to write this review to provide a reference for friends in need. I am satisfied with the health and service. There is only one glass door between the bathroom and shower room. You cannot use the shower room when using the bathroom. Moreover, the bathroom space is so small that when you close the glass door, your face almost touches the glass door. The free breakfast does not have many varieties and is not delicious. Everything else is okay! The location is right at Longhua Subway Station, which is relatively easy to find.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean and full of extras. Robot butlers were fast with deliveries. Shuttle to the airport was fast. Located one block east of a fairly large mall. Non-smoking rooms were appreciated. Bidet was a nice touch. Mattress was soft. They have free noodles between 9pm and midnight that were delicious. Best of all was the service. Abby and the porter were beyond helpful and asked about my stay multiple times. Thank you for making what I expected to be a boring airport hotel into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China

酒店位置很好找，就在星沙天虹商場B座30樓。房間打掃的很乾凈，視野不錯，能飽覽星沙這片不錯的景色。最讓我驚喜的是還配備洗衣房！有洗衣機和烘乾機，而且是24小時開放自助使用的，簡直直擊我的心巴~另外推薦傍晚可以去離酒店不遠的松雅湖拍照，如果有夕陽的話就更出片了~總結這次的旅行方方面面都很不錯，已經計劃下次和家人一起來玩了~
