"Excellent hotel, far exceeded my expectations this stay, definitely a five-star review! The front desk staff were gentle and polite, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even proactively shared tips on local transportation and dining routes, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, with no dust or odd smells in the corners or bathroom. The wet-and-dry separation in the bathroom was very practical, and hot water was instantly available. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the blackout curtains provided excellent sound insulation, ensuring a full night's peaceful sleep. The location is super convenient for catching a taxi or exploring the shopping district. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"

It only takes 20 minutes to reach the "high-speed railway station" and 8 minutes to drive to the "airport". We provide shuttle services to facilitate passengers and provide a more convenient travel experience.
"Stayed one night for an early flight. The room was spotless, and while you could occasionally hear planes from the nearby airport, it wasn't too disruptive. The owner personally provided airport transfers and was incredibly friendly. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area."

EdanurThe location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay.
However, there were two issues that affected my experience.
First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument.
Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Guest UserThis B&B is so comfortable. It not only has a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a projector, but also a full-length mirror, and a table and chair for eating and working. The owner also arranged green plants, so the air is extra fresh. The layout is even warmer than home. There are also extra-large windows through which you can clearly see the scenery outside. The air conditioning effect is also very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. It is very comfortable to stay here. The owner is very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room type.

Anonymous UserService: The hotel is located in a park. The door is relatively hidden and the security factor is okay. You have to swipe your room card to take the elevator. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.
Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating.
Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left.

Guest UserAt first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋

Guest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was surprisingly clean, with the sheets and duvet covers having a subtle fragrance, and even the corners were meticulously cleaned.
The front desk lady was incredibly attentive. Not only was check-in quick, but she also proactively informed me of nearby amenities.
I slept soundly for two nights, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at all. It's an excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

【U】Special car 24-hour pick-up service. My partner and I arrived at Changsha Airport at 4 a.m., and the driver came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Airport pick-up is very convenient.
Facilities: The holy stones are very complete and the equipment is very new.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy.
Service: The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good and she helped me take my suitcase to the room.

If you can live in this location, it must be a meeting. It is very close to the International Conference Center. It takes 20 minutes to walk. If you take a taxi, it will take two or three minutes. The hotel is quite satisfactory. For business trips, it is enough. The Shaxian snacks next to the hotel can solve the basic needs of life. Breakfast and cooking are good. To eat better, either go to the city or find takeaway. If the hotel can provide a shuttle bus to the conference center twice a day, the occupancy rate may be higher.

This is a group of completed apartment buildings, divided up by a dozen hotels of the same type. The noise level is the worst of any hotel I've ever stayed in. After taking two steps upstairs, I felt like the ceiling was going to collapse, not to mention making a phone call or watching TV. For a moment I thought all room dividers were made of glass. I came to this hotel near the airport just to spend one night, but I didn't sleep at all that night... I don't know where these good reviews came from.
