Daily cleaning was prompt and thorough, leaving no corner untouched – attention to detail was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and responsive to my needs. Although breakfast wasn't included, there are many restaurants nearby, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended."

"This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Changsha. It's clean, tidy, and very dry. I previously stayed at a highly-rated hotel that was just mediocre, and another that was extremely damp – I'm not sure why it had such a high rating. I actually chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The owner promptly resolves any issues, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's also close to Metro Line 6, making getting around very easy, and there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping."
