"Service: The airport shuttle service was good, and the drop-off was quick. It's a pity there were only two complimentary bottles of water.
Facilities: In room 220 or 222, two power outlets were loose and had poor contact, which was a bad experience. One was next to the 'kitchen' sink (it seems this was a converted apartment), and the other was by the bed near the window.
Environment: The room environment was decent, and there's a small park visible outside the window."

The location is near the convention and exhibition center, and it is especially convenient to travel and catch a car. The hotel is full of design, the art installation and bookcase area in the lobby are very stylish, and the shots are blockbuster. The room was clean and tidy, the twin bed was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were very new, the sound insulation was good, and the night was good.
The noodles for breakfast are very authentic, the soup is rich, the yard is rich, with coriander and pepper, and I fell in love with the taste of Changsha. The front desk and staff are very warm, check-in and check-out are very fast.
Whether it is business travel or tourism transit, this is a great choice, highly recommended! đ"

"This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Changsha. It's clean, tidy, and very dry. I previously stayed at a highly-rated hotel that was just mediocre, and another that was extremely damp â I'm not sure why it had such a high rating. I actually chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The owner promptly resolves any issues, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's also close to Metro Line 6, making getting around very easy, and there's an outlet mall nearby for some shopping."

GGuest UserThis B&B is so comfortable. It not only has a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a projector, but also a full-length mirror, and a table and chair for eating and working. The owner also arranged green plants, so the air is extra fresh. The layout is even warmer than home. There are also extra-large windows through which you can clearly see the scenery outside. The air conditioning effect is also very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. It is very comfortable to stay here. The owner is very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room type.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was surprisingly clean, with the sheets and duvet covers having a subtle fragrance, and even the corners were meticulously cleaned.
The front desk lady was incredibly attentive. Not only was check-in quick, but she also proactively informed me of nearby amenities.
I slept soundly for two nights, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at all. It's an excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

GGuest UserAt first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next timeđ

GGuest UserA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and theyâll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

GGezishanThe boss has a pick-up service. He came to pick me up as soon as I called. It was so convenient. Check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very bright. The price was really good value for money. The boss also asked if I wanted it delivered to the subway entrance the next day. It was so considerate. The facilities were complete and the towels were all disposable, which was convenient and clean. Except for the sound insulation, it didn't make much difference to sleep there for a few nights. This service was really good.
