This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, patiently answering all my questions. The location is superb, convenient for getting around, and surrounded by all the amenities. The rooms were clean and tidy, with impeccable hygiene, making my stay very reassuring. What I appreciated most was the complimentary airport shuttle service; the driver was punctual and professional, making the entire trip worry-free and comfortable. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended for business trips and leisure travel!

This hotel is superb. Free transport service from airport. Room is clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about. Everyone is happy.

This B&B is so comfortable. It not only has a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a projector, but also a full-length mirror, and a table and chair for eating and working. The owner also arranged green plants, so the air is extra fresh. The layout is even warmer than home. There are also extra-large windows through which you can clearly see the scenery outside. The air conditioning effect is also very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. It is very comfortable to stay here. The owner is very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room type.

The room was decent, and its proximity to the airport was convenient. The complimentary airport shuttle service was excellent. This is by far the cheapest hotel I've ever stayed at – an unbeatable price.

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

My flight arrived at 3 AM, and everyone really came to pick me up! I called the hotel, and the driver arrived at the designated location in just a few minutes. It was snowing and cold in Changsha, but the air conditioning was already on in the room, and it felt very warm when I entered. My first impression was that it was excellent value for money. I didn't have high hopes for the price, but the room was very nice, the environment was great, and it was very clean. The blankets were soft, and the airport pickup staff were very helpful. The heating was also excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they even provided disposable bath towels and face towels. The water pressure was also very good. One of the receptionists even offered to take us to the subway station when she heard I had blisters on my feet. They were incredibly kind. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision.

I booked the 168 Youke Express Hotel for a layover and it exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, just a short walk from Terminal 1, and they offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, so getting around was no hassle at all. The room was spacious enough, very clean, and the bedding was soft, making for a quiet and peaceful stay. It had all the necessary facilities, including a private bathroom, and all this for just over ninety yuan – amazing value for money. The front desk staff were quick with check-in and provided excellent service. There's also free parking available. I highly recommend it for anyone needing an overnight stay or waiting for a flight!

Facilities: Complete facilities. There are three vending machines in the lobby on the first floor. It is very convenient to buy things. Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean Parking here is very convenient. The sister at the front desk said that you can park for free when you check in, which is great. The breakfast tastes also very good. It must be praised.

The room was clean, aircon was working very well. I had booked a room and was told that i have to upgrade because I had big bags. The upgrade was smooth and got a bigger room. i ddnt like the smell from the toilet. but despite everything i had a good stay. They dropped me at the airport. I will book again next time
