GGuest UserA truly delightful and surprising stay! While not in the city center, the hotel is very close to the airport, making it an ideal first stop for a trip to Changsha.
A day before our arrival, the Guest Relations Manager called to inquire about our room preferences, provided detailed directions to the hotel, and even shared discount taxi vouchers. Their service was incredibly warm and welcoming. During check-in, the lovely lady at the front desk thoughtfully arranged a top-floor room for us, offering fantastic views from the two floor-to-ceiling windows.
The hotel prioritizes guest privacy, requiring a room key card to access the upper floors. The stairwells were also very clean and tidy, and with plenty of elevators, we hardly ever had to wait.
We were pleasantly surprised the moment we opened the door. Although I had only casually mentioned it was my birthday the next day, I never expected the housekeeping staff to have prepared such a thoughtful setup, especially that little elephant – absolutely adorable! This was followed by an incredibly thoughtful birthday card and dessert from the Guest Relations Manager. It truly added a special touch to the celebration. Life really does need these little surprises. We are so thankful!
The overall experience was fantastic, a definite five-star recommendation!

The breakfast was very rich. There were many people during the festival, and the breakfast area was messy. There were also many people wasting food, and many of them were thrown on the table. I feel sorry for the chefs and service staff. It is recommended that those who waste too much simple buffet breakfast can be fined appropriately.
Because it was the last day of the trip to Changsha, I had breakfast and took a comfortable bath 🛀, and left after a good rest. It was a perfect stay experience.

The hotel is very clean and the food in the restaurant is good. The food delivery by the hotel robot is also very smart. Clothes are delivered and washed, and it is very convenient and fast to scan the QR code to place an order. It is recommended to stay. There is also free good night porridge and desserts.

KKalpana IndrasiriEverything was good but there was lack of communication before the arrival and airport pick up arrangements even though I requested via trip.com service chat. The Didi location we put was incorrect and went to a wrong hotel but after informing the hotel we got lost they arranged a comfortable pick up from that place. Other than this issue we faced, this hotel is very nice abs super clean with spacious rooms. Front desk staff also very helpful and friendly.

MM759537****The hotel is very comfortable both in terms of sanitary conditions and service attitude. Parking is very convenient. The parking lot is just downstairs from the hotel. Friends who don't want to drive to the city can enjoy the hotel's free shuttle service, which will take them to the subway entrance and Line 2 directly to May Day Square. The free breakfast is healthy cocoa, and the rice noodle soup is made from pork bones. I have checked it for you, so you can eat it with confidence. See the pictures for the cleanliness of the guest rooms. Look at the pictures taken when we just moved in. The pictures taken when we left were a bit messy, hahaha. The environment is spacious, bright and clean. I spent a pleasant night. Will definitely come back to this impeccable hotel next time.

The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
