這是住過機場附近酒店最差的一次
1、一開門就是煙味，第二天感覺自己身上都是煙味
2、馬桶旁邊的垃圾桶竟然是腳踩的那種，放在馬桶後側，實在想象不出來上完廁所要怎麼一個手提褲子一個手拿着紙站起來轉身向後踩垃圾桶開蓋扔紙，扔一次還行，多擦幾次那豈不是要重複這個動作好幾次，太反人類了吧
3、洗衣機的烘乾是要在洗完之後自己再過去手動操作的，當時已經晚上十點了，而且其他三個都是空的也不影響其他客人用，所以就想點了烘乾想明天一早來拿，當時打開烘乾等了五分多鐘確定烘乾正常之後才離開的，結果早上下去拿打不開蓋子，立馬打電話給前台，維修的師傅過去説是機器故障了，等打開以後發現衣服還是濕的，真的無語。
4、衣服拿出來立馬下樓，前台説送機車已經走了下一趟半個小時後，我們説我們沒有因為自己的原因遲到，是洗衣機故障打不開耽誤了時間，所以你們沒有其他措施協調車輛來應對這種問題嗎？然後前台這一句話反覆説了三次：“那你為什麼不打電話跟我説讓送機的車等一下你們呢？”我真的氣笑了，首先你是服務行業的，其次這件事本身是你們酒店設施故障引發的問題。怎麼好意思反問我們呢？？？前台從始至終沒有一句道歉，反而指責為什麼我不告訴她等會我們。但凡有點經驗有點服務意識的前台，在我打電話反饋洗衣機有問題的時候就應該問問我們約的是幾點的車，需不需要等一會兒。而不是讓客人自己主動提出來，畢竟客人是不知道你們酒店衹有兩輛車，而且每次送機必須間隔半小時的。
