The hotel is a brand of Marriott. In addition to adhering to the consistent style of Marriott, it also adds an extra touch of elegance. The hotel is a stand-alone hotel with plenty of parking spaces. It is located in Yuelu Scenic Area and is convenient for travel. At the same time, there are Sam's Supermarket and the newly opened Vientiane City nearby, so eating and shopping are just a stone's throw away. Thank you very much for the warm service at the 5 front desk, which upgraded our room for free. Every time we contacted the front desk, we received a positive response. Very good choice, five-star recommendation!

Facilities: The room is fully equipped. The gym is open 24 hours. The room is fully equipped with sewing kits and toiletries. This is the first time I have seen such a complete hotel. Hygiene: It is very clean. There is no hair. The garbage collection staff is also very good. Service: The point I want to comment on the most. From the front desk staff to the room staff, everyone has given me a good experience in this trip to Changsha. The room is very nicely decorated. Even if the fruit is delivered to the room in the early morning, the front desk is really active in replying to messages and is super attentive. Every day, I can see the smiles on the faces of every employee, which really makes me feel very good. I also went to experience the Chinese massage in Changsha with my friends. Because I have been exercising a lot in the past two days and my whole body is sore, I went to massage for an hour and the effect was super good. Buffet restaurant: We went there for breakfast and lunch. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. You can order dishes for lunch. I like it very much!

My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

The room attendants are very careful and enthusiastic. The waiters at the front desk who check in are very good. They are very considerate of customers. It's not bad. I stay here every time. The transportation is convenient and the breakfast is not bad. The luggage storage at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and often carries heavy luggage for us. Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

There is a subway near the hotel that goes directly to Changsha Huanghua Airport. It is also close to May Day Square, which makes travel very convenient. It was lunchtime when I arrived at the hotel and I was a little hungry. I smelled the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes in the hotel lobby, but I thought they needed to be purchased. I didn't expect them to be free. The service of Xiao Wang at the front desk was good and the check-in process was fast. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio was very high. It is a very good hotel.

Very convenient location for Changsha South Railway. Room clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and gym on 15th floor. However, I was shocked at the lack of sound proofing between rooms. As someone who had chosen the hotel as I had an early train the next morning, I was continually woken up through the night by other guests returning. You can even hear fellow guests turning on / off their light switches in the neighbouring rooms…

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

Checked in on Sat 28th before my fiancé to arrange some things like wedding flowers, decorations etc. Katrina at reception was absolutely fantastic. She followed up on the requests I had and verified the Trip.com staff information which was sent earlier. She was extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, diligent, and professional - a real asset to IHG. She took care of everything. She arranged the decorations to be done after we left for marriage registration so when I got back it would all be ready for my wife. The facilities and service like the 1st floor all day dining restaurant, the Sky27 bar and Intercontinental club on the 27th floor, were wonderful. The Latin band (Cuban / Colombian duo) were magnificent and quite friendly ✊ Breakfast boxes were arranged for our early departure on 31st. The taxi was ordered and promptly arrived ahead of time to collect us. Hotel staff checked if I was an IHG member and applied my discounts where relevant. Breakfast buffet and all day a La carte dining was wonderful. Shopping mall access through the hotel lobby is easily accessible and quite convenient. All in all, it was a marvellous few days at Intercontinental Changsha.
