床單被套都是臟的，枕頭套也是黃黃的 是別人睡過沒有換的，房間雖然有窗户不過是朝過道那邊的，隔音不好，房間還有黴味，不過服務態度很好，老闆人很好，就是居住衞生太差了

咱就是説老闆娘人超級好！真的第一次在外面住酒店之前訂好的酒店定位找不到打電話也不接真的爆哭啊，找到老闆娘這裏她給我辦好還告訴我之前那個酒店怎麼投訴怎麼讓它全額退！就是一整個跟自己家媽媽一樣和善！女孩子出門在外訂酒店不就是希望老闆人好一點嘛！酒店設施也很好！除了廁所要持續通風不然會有味道而已因為晚上害怕關了所以才會有味道不是酒店設施不行！都會有一點小瑕疵或者不足的地方但是都能接受！充老闆娘的態度五星好評好吧！人超級好！住的也很舒服！真的很推薦

額，由於我們這邊下凍雨，導致航班取消，所以酒店也取消了，沒有入住，但是客服的態度很好，所以給的五星，但入住具體什麼情況不知道，但服務態度超級好

非常推薦來長沙在這邊住哦！老闆人特別好，超級熱情，地理位置很好找，房間採光好，設施也很全，樓下一條街都是賣吃的，而且都很好吃，非常推薦花樹灣賓館，真的很方便。走的時候老闆還給我們送水，真的很推薦哦！
