長沙的凍雨天氣下空調沒有用處幾乎沒有制熱，免費停車服務掛羊頭賣狗肉，出庫時提示未繳納任何停車費，前台一開始説是理解失誤把我們的停車券在入住停車當晚就用掉了，住了這麼久酒店從未聽説過酒店人員會理解為入住晚上車就要用停車券的，理論過後服務員又狡辯説物業查到我們車牌在這有過停車違紀紀錄，一個外地牌偶然選擇酒店才第一次停到這個廣場，不知道之前車什麼時候自動停到過貴廣場樓下，操作失誤就真誠解釋認真解決而不是把臟水往客户上潑，服務完全拉胯
