酒店環境很好，衞生做得也乾淨，服務人員的態度特別好。這次因為是帶着家裡兩位長者去，他們腿腳不方便，酒店有輪椅免費用，衹需要交點按金（輪椅完好退還按金馬上退），服務人員提供了不少便利，特別感謝🙏

酒店很大，房間寬敞，從陽台直麪湘江，景色怡人。大堂經理張澤君很熱情，服務也很周到，去銅官窯有車接送隨叫隨到，對長者和小孩很友好。酒店的泳池也很乾凈，遊玩泳再蒸個桑拿，很舒適。
