位置很好，性價比不錯，衞生還不錯，主要是地毯容易臟，一定要把地毯打掃乾淨，地毯得用專門的設備打掃的。房間在一個小區裏，門口有保安，很安全，不過進出得有密碼，要不不太方便的。小區那麼高的樓衹有3部電梯，等電梯還是比較費勁。屋裡網線也還不錯。

老闆，非常的熱情接待，服務態度很好。民宿位置在市中心。交通非常方便！價格也不貴。就是一點民宿隔音效果有一點不好。晚上睡覺的時候吵死了！環境一般。

地理位置離老街很近，適合想去潮宗街探店的人 但是房間地毯很臟 洗浴的花灑也比較舊 房間沒有看起來那麼大 在小區內部進出有點麻煩
