性價比不錯，位置有點偏，衹能一個進口入校區門口，停車要收費。開車轉了兩圈才找到。老闆服務不錯給了交通指引.

此民宿位於中南大學必須走上陡峭的樓梯方可抵達，離馬路有些距離，因此房間很安靜非常適合休息，唯一覺得不習慣的是蹲式馬桶，如果可以改成坐式馬桶就太棒了。附近吃飯或是買東西、逛街都很方便也不遠，離捷運站約20分鐘，建議乘坐公交車比較方便。這附近吃飯飲食很平價，但是環境比較不衛生，很多隨地的垃圾。

老闆免費給我們升了雙人房，很大的床，老闆都很和藹，家庭氣息很濃；出門就是麓山南路小吃街，非常方便，衞生條件也都不錯，衹是洗浴有點不方便，總體性價比很高😘
