該酒店是當地人的自建房，交通便利，步行5分鐘約500米就有地鐵站，能到達長沙所有地鐵覆蓋範圍，離酒店約700多米處有梅溪湖公園，公園邊有造型獨特的長沙文化藝術中心和大型城市綜合體金茂大廈，住宿安靜，老闆誠實，酒店有一個令人不滿意的是：衞生狀況不咋的，設施有點簡陋，介意的要慎重。還有就是漲價太多，平時100元的房間旅遊旺季要360多元。

我還在高鐵上，行程有變，本來打算取消的，當天18點之前可以取消的，結果直接辦理入住了，我打電話告訴我沒辦法給退，考慮之後還是原來的行程入住了，結果沒有電梯，衞生也就那樣，不會再去了，最可氣的就是給我直接辦入住，不經過我同意也沒有電話溝通！
