房間空間很大,很舒服，乾淨衞生，交通也十分便利，吃的玩的都有，11樓還有蠟像館可以看，酒店的服務人員的服務態度也很不錯，尤其是前台006，服務態度很不錯，下次來長沙玩還住萬家麗酒店

之前住過萬家麗，但是這次來萬家麗酒店入住非常滿意，昨天接待我的工作人員喬主管，非常有禮貌，熱情，懂得客人需求，看我帶了小朋友特意安排了一個很好的房間給我，也親自送我們一家去了房間並介紹了一下，服務態度非常好

經常選擇萬家麗酒店，性價比高，位置好，房間空間也比較大，無論是出差還是旅遊都是不錯的選擇。前台小哥工號176服務也不錯的，我説第二天時間比較趕主動提出來加好友幫我開發票，節約了時間，及時處理客人的問題，很不錯

酒店非常大，房間非常大，總之就是大大大。周圍交通方便樓下就是地鐵，商場吃飯選擇也很多，晚上可以步行到楊帆夜市，各地小吃應有盡有。

我個人對酒店的環境和安靜度要求比較高，所以當時預訂就看中了這家有自己花園的酒店。把自己對房型的需求告知酒店小朱以後，居然還複述了需求跟我確認（當時就覺得很加分了）。入住後，果然沒讓我失望，睡的很好，每天早晨還有鳥鳴，不是那種很吵的鳥鳴聲，就是白噪音那種鳥鳴聲，非常舒適。然後房間衞生也乾淨，安排了滿意的房型，還贈送了一大袋零食（根本吃不完）。然後正好趕上酒店活動，還送了果盤。從前台到大堂到打掃阿姨，都給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。 第一次住酒店住出了家的感覺，以後到長沙的第一選擇了。已經安利給了身邊的親朋好友。 對酒店要求高的親們，這家大膽沖吧。
