已經第二次入住這個酒店，房間挺大的，地段也很好，到機場地鐵五十分鐘即可。

在萬家麗住過挺多次了，交通方便，購物也方便，很熱鬧，性價比不錯，還有免費的停車場。酒店服務人員192很熱情，預訂好後就打電話跟我對接，幫忙安排房間，確認衞生，所以辦理入住非常的快，沒耽誤一點我們的時間。樓下就可以直接乘坐地鐵 2號線5號線，到各個景區都很方便，都是直達。房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，廁所都很大而且乾濕分離 還有一個大大的浴缸，晚上休息也沒有噪音睡的很舒服。整體挺不錯的，端午節回來長沙還會入住萬家麗的

首先看中它的設計感，符合我對住店的各種要求，光線充足明亮，個人感覺是是長沙星級酒店中最好的一間酒店，地理位置優越，交通出行方便，軟硬件服務很專業小朱在全程給予了密切的溝通和支持（從本人起早到晚上休息都有問候和提供本地訊息的服務）酒店設施維護很好，中庭貫通頗有林中城之美意。房間床品也很舒適，樓下小吃地道，商場空中漫步項目好玩刺激，出酒店步行就可到楊帆夜市附近，樓下停車場就有充電樁，為我們這此出行提供了方便，節約了時間。

一直喜歡長沙酒店的服務和床品，看網評挺高窗外景色也不錯，萬家麗成為這次我們長沙行的首選。小朱同學接待熱情且熟練，我們一行九人三個親子房很快捷就辦理妥入住，趕上小孩過生日，晚上還送了小朋友可愛小禮品。房間窗外景色也不錯，可以愉快的玩耍了。
外賣快餐是不允許送上樓，有需要可以讓前台小哥送到房間，住宿環境安全安靜。酒店位置也好，處在高端商業樓中心，去橘子洲和到坡子街都很方便，到嶽麓山和五一廣場去看看也不過幾個地鐵站。以後來長沙還住這家酒店，太喜歡了！

裝修很老，設施不好，淋浴房的封條都掉了，早飯太差了，可以説什麼都沒有，看上去東西很多，但是都太差了沒有吃的慾望，第二天沒去吃，鮮奶酸奶都沒有，搞了奶粉沖的冒充鮮奶，蛋糕就是五顏六色的看着全是色素又粗糙，哈密瓜像冬瓜，反正一言難盡，沒吃過這麼差的早餐

酒店太大了，吃住一體是不錯的，但是房間通風不好，黴味瀰漫，衞生條件一般，尤其是凳子的坐墊，翻了個麪更臟，坐墊都不換座套。污漬明顯.由於展會續住還漲價。
