服務非常好，辦入住幫忙升級了行政房型，退房也很快速，酒店叫餐服務速度也很快！環境也是一如既往的高水準！酒店的地理位置絕佳，去哪裡都非常方便，步行到對面就是潮宗街，去五一廣場、坡子街、太平街也都很近！下次來長沙還住這裏！

非常完美的入住體驗！景觀很美，長沙最美的風景建築都能看得到。這個價格非常值得。高端大氣奢華，被子超暖，服務態度非常不錯，早餐多種多樣，房間寬敞，無論走到哪都是親切的問候，每個工作人員都臉帶笑容。停車場車位就在門口，房間景觀不錯。餐廳豐盛精緻，就餐環境優雅。酒店很有設計感。住房臨江，窗外的風景非常不錯。服務很到位。天使Eve很熱情，幫我拿行李，還有房間也做了免費升級，房間落地窗風景絕佳。房間服務員還可以通知開夜床服務，都很到位，還會多送幾瓶礦泉水。行政酒廊在28樓，風景很好，服務員熱情，每天17：30就有小食和各種酒水，整個就是寶藏地點啊，周邊配套也很方便，購物中心就在隔壁，房間內每個角落都打掃得非常乾淨整潔離市中心很近，這次對萬達文華酒店的印象很好，下次去長沙還會選擇萬達文華酒店！
