1.位置超級不好找，酒店沒有招牌，但是網上是有顯示的，導致進了1層找不到酒店大廳，不知道在哪裡辦入住，是不是存在欺詐消費者呢
2.進了房間以後衞生間沒有紙巾，找前台要的時候前台還在質疑怎麼會沒紙巾呢，這麼小的事情我有必要撒謊騙你們一卷紙嗎
3.房間的咖啡杯勺子沒清洗，上面有很清晰的污漬
4.房間電話是壞的，插拔線都沒有反應
5.早餐你們賣的衹有雙人份，我點的雙人份為什麼衹送了1份呢，雞蛋還是炒糊了的，套餐裏是有稀飯的，早上也沒送，20塊錢的早餐完全吃不飽吃不飽，水果衹有3小塊，非常非常小的
6.服務沒話説，早上出去時想把房卡寄存前台，中午回不來再退房，結果在前台喊了半天沒人理，直接退房走人
7.我定好的房前台沒做預訂，告我説我定錯了，拿了我手機看半天最後告我是沒做預訂呢
