作為長沙最早的五星酒店之一，通程國際一直保持着自己應有的水準。儘管同時在酒店舉行多個會議，差不多滿房，前台還是貼心地幫忙轉了房間。住宿期間遇到了一些問題，也很快耐心地派工作人員解決。

本着對五星級酒店的信任而去的，但沒想到即便是有着貌似合規的流程，但撐不住人性的考驗，不知道該做何評價。
在這個不常使用現金的時代，退房時自己的原因沒有檢查房間，遺忘了長輩給孩子裝有幾千元的現金紅包，在退房三個小時左右致電酒店，雖然酒店説按流程已去查找和詢問當班人員，但最終的結局還是輸給了人性，雖然衹能自認倒黴，但也不能讓做這種事的人自認一身正氣，人在做，天在看。也希望管理層們能以此為鑒，完善措施，更好的服務客户吧。
