房間一般。凌晨 12 點多到的酒店，預訂的帶長條辦公桌的房間，在沒有任何溝通的情況下，被安排的是一個明顯小一些的另外一個房型，沒有辦公桌。拉着箱子又到一樓找前台，然後被告知説是沒有帶辦公桌的房間了，免費給我升級的另外一個房型。我覺得很無語，我不能有知情權被提前告知嗎？是不是升級為什麼被發現了才説是升級？升級的房間更小？真的很無語。然後等待前台找房間，等前台給別的客人辦理入住。別人也沒有合適的房間了，然後聽前台主動給別人解釋能否免費升級成套間，明顯不一樣的待遇。我就等着最後中午給我安排了一個帶辦公桌的房間。已經很晚了，準備睡覺還聽到類似 KTV 的音響的聲音，樓下可能有 KTV 吧，一夜沒怎麼休息好。體驗真的不好，感覺不怎麼重視客人的感受。或者説有選擇性的針對？真的很不滿意，以後也不再住這裏了，也不推薦大家過來住
