小柳的服務態度很好，很熱心，酒店設施設備雖然有一些陳舊，但還是星級酒店的標準，乾淨衞生，可以鳥瞰賀龍體育館。非常推薦入駐這家酒店。

酒店位於核心區附近，服務人員的態度很不多，還提供出行，美食建議。這幾天長沙下雨，服務人員都噓寒問暖，特別是小湯，小鄭，還有另一個服務人員～外賣可以用機器小哥送上門～唯一不足是空調響聲有點大，不夠製冷，房間衞生有待改善～

地理位置優越，離五一廣場很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製熱也不錯，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，前台接待員小林也很熱情，有免費停車位，有種星級酒店的待遇。品質對得起這個價格！環境衞生好，房間的隔音也好，我那麼淺睡的人都可以睡得舒服，服務態度一如既往地好，有什麼問題打電話給前台，她們會很快速地解決你的問題，辦事效率高，非常滿意！
