酒店環境還不錯。房間衞生打掃的還挺乾淨的，老闆也很熱情，每次進出他們都會給我打招呼，還挺方便 很不錯！

我在攜程上也訂過幾十個酒店了，好的也有，一般的也有，但是像上河國際這麼差服務這麼惡的第一次遇到。已進入黑名單，現在跟大家分享一下住宿體驗。第一，臟亂差。有地毯，超級臟。廁所超級臭，晚上睡覺的時候即使關了廁所門臭味依然非常強烈。第二，極其冷。就一個幾百年的空調，上面以及裏面都堵滿了灰塵，連蓋子都沒有。最要命的是空調製熱特別差，睡在空調底下還是瑟瑟發抖。第三，更要命的是，半夜空調會關掉。。。關掉。。。關掉。。。在長沙最冷的那幾天它就關掉了。。。然後半夜被凍醒好幾次，直到早上七點完全醒來。然後就去找前台，前台是個男的，他上來看了一下，啥都不懂。騙我説十分鐘後有師傅過來。結果我等了一個多小時，從八樓到樓下跑了無數次，就是不來人，問就説叫人了。最後直接玩失蹤，因為人家開開心心吃早飯去了。我當時已經被凍感冒了，無力再跟他耗了，衹想找個暖和的地方。等這個**回來後我就説退房，結果這個**開心的笑了出來，立馬説好。我去他大爺的，才早上八點多就退房，開心死他了。這麼沒素質不專業的前台這輩子第一次遇到。退房後重新定了一個酒店花了200多，然後中午就感冒加重了，去葯店買葯又花了200多。當天已經打12135舉報，等處理結果。這幾天會陸續給消防打電話舉報，然後再給12315打電話舉報。不是因為別的，就是因為這麼差的房間，這麼差的前台，噁心的服務。死磕到底。

設施：牀板很硬，睡的不舒服，熱水是不熱的，要放很久才出熱水
衞生：地板上鋪的地毯很臟，都是黑色的點點，牀頭櫃是有頭髮的，廁所有異味很臭，房間也是很臭
環境：公共環境做的還可以，但是房間的很一般
服務：長沙降温了酒店居然不換被子厚一點的，還和客人説突然降温了我們也沒辦法

高橋北地鐵站3號口出來步行100米就是，出行特別方便

房間大小:房間很大，這一塊地方我住過的比較大的啦。窗也挺大，通風透氣，採光很好！
房間設施:
燈光亮度稍微暗點，裝修風格還行，剛好適合我。
服務:
前台接待特別好，都給安排的妥妥的。
出差商旅適合，性價比高👍🏻
