整體體驗十分不錯，因行程安排有變故提前入住，酒店免費幫忙升級了房間，整體設施完備，環境乾淨整潔且無煙味無異味很加分；整體服務體驗也很不錯，同行的朋友在辦理入住時有些咳嗽，前台主動詢問並提供蜂蜜水緩解咳嗽；這次的長沙之旅也因酒店居住體驗好大大加分
