酒店很乾凈，服務人員入夜之前還會再整理一次房間。房間可以一邊泡浴缸一邊在落地窗前看湖景，很漂亮。酒店大堂，很大且很漂亮，很有設計感，服務人員很熱情友好。

在這種季節豪華精選的房間設計跟生態環境真的無敵，房間與湖湘文化的融合簡直不要太好，晚上在梅溪湖City walk也非常舒適。

房間景色很好，出行購物都很方便，從酒店直接穿過商場就來到地鐵站，下雨也不怕，房間很乾凈，泳池服務也很到位，大堂小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情，房間設施很完善，唯一的缺點就是沒有配備洗浴拖鞋和馬桶墊
