似乎每一家美豪麗致都會有下午茶和夜宵。
這家也不例外。
設施：酒店不大，該有的都有。但房間裏的小智似乎衹會開窗簾。不太靈敏。走廊裏的空氣有些渾濁。
衞生：乾淨。
服務：前台很不錯。
另外想問1餐廳允許抽煙嗎？為什麼看到有人在抽煙？2.一次性拖鞋為啥用這種袋子？難道還會循環利用嗎？😓

作為酒店從業者，一直都聽同行和朋友們説美豪的服務和口碑都非常不錯。本次正好朋友出差長沙，就訂了南站附近美豪麗致體驗一下。非常遺憾，體驗非常糟糕。1，早上8點10分左右我去餐廳吃早餐，留朋友在房間睡覺，8點13分左右，朋友訊息告知，有人開房門進入，隨後又迅速退出，不知道是什麼情況。由於我在一樓用餐，得知情況後，我告訴了當時值班前台，要求查看監控，查找原因。隨後我就乘電梯到樓層，在準備開房門的時候有一個大姐端了一盤水果過來給我説，剛剛不小心誤開房門進入，發現有人就退出來了。作為酒店同行，我判斷為客房大姐，因為捉急打掃房間，故開錯房門。我覺得奇怪的是，美豪作為一個以服務著稱的中高端酒店，1，客房進入房間，是否有遵循嚴格開門規範？2，發現客人在房間睡覺，沒有後續的解釋溝通工作？（由於是同行，我大概判斷出事故原因，這就是我當時沒有繼續追究的原因），如果換成一個不熟悉酒店流程操作的外地人，一個人在房間裸睡，忽然有人開門進來，請問會不會釀成更大的投訴呢？3，直到吐槽時刻，也沒有一個負責人出來對於這個事情給一個歉意。還有其它幾個小問題，我就不列舉了。本次體驗美豪酒店服務非常名副不其實。希望這衹是單店個列，後面能改善。

入住酒店各方面都很滿意，房間衞生乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，有免費的下午茶，深夜一碗麪很好吃，還有免費的洗衣房，健身房等等，很愉快的一次入住體驗，前台員工熱情有禮，小彭服務細緻周到！

酒店入住舒適整潔，服務員很熱情有禮，小彭小姐姐服務周到，酒店周邊交通便利鬧中取靜，周邊有很大的商場，裏面吃喝玩樂很多，還有一家山姆超市，到五一廣場和周邊遊玩的地方都有地鐵直達，相對於來説很方便，到高鐵站也很方便，有一個二號線和四號線可以直達的，酒店下午茶和深夜一碗麪都很好，很不錯👍
