設施陳舊老化，床中間都開的，一看原來是拼接的床；衞生差，地板臟，連洗漱用具都沒有，除了二雙爛託鞋，什麼都要自費；電視顯示效果差，衹有十幾個頻道；服務態度差，有事找不到服務員。
