這家旅館和攜程描述基本吻合，唯一有些誤導的是所謂高鐵站店，實際離高鐵站至少有一公里，不是通常像其他一出高鐵站就能看到酒店牌子的位置

it is walking distance to Changsha south Station for high speed train to everywhere. It is next street to shops, mostly eateries of all sort. It also has a simple retaurant at its ground floor, serving many hotels in the same buildings. Staff are competent, friendly, they even go out of the way to help foreigner like me to get taxis, food delivery. They keep track of the room, even after few days i left, if there are anything i left behind. Hotel modern, clean, nice unobstructed views...

服務沒有誠信，入住時講好第二天一早6點打包早餐。第二天5點55分到達前台，告知要到6點有早餐打包送來，等到6點，又被告知要在等一會。到了6點05分，才看到前台打電話跟進，又被告知還要等7-8分鐘，是要趕高鐵的，沒有信用沒有時效，衹能不要這份打包的早餐

服務：南站接送服務很好，出行也比較方便，提前一點打電話就會安排
早餐也比較豐富，湖南米粉就在酒店裡吃的，孩子也説不錯
