酒店很好、很炫，是想象中的W酒店。房間設施一流，很有特色。尤其好的是酒店各方面的服務，都是五星水準的，Winnie、Eulu在我們離開酒店的時候提供了很周到的服務，昨天下午入住酒店的時候，大堂接待的一位女士、今天中午游泳池的一位教練和樓面服務員的周到服務都給我們留下很好印象，可惜的是當時都沒有留下姓名。

酒店的設計很獨特新穎，第一次入住長沙W酒店，住的都還挺滿意，各個工作人員的服務也特別的細心。到酒店後是由迎賓體驗的Messi和Jenny負責接待，帶我們到房間，向我們介紹房間準備了獨具特色的彩繪歡迎屏和融匯了長沙的獨具特色的甜點，以及各類設施和mini吧，還問了我們第二天是否需要送站服務，也是細緻的幫我們約好了時間出發，退房碰到了小鄭服務也很熱情詢問我們的入住體驗，很滿意的一次入住，下次有機會還會再來的。

第一次去這個酒店！在高鐵站（長沙南）坐的士很方便！大概15分鐘左右就到
房間很整潔和漂亮！房間給提升了！還送了兩天的自助早餐！
很開心🥳
至於去市中心（五一廣場附近）就大概半個小時車程！
少少缺陷美吧

有點藝術酒店的味道，整個酒店很新，設計新穎
房間中規中矩，但是性價比也不錯。不屬於鬧市區，但是旁邊有個商場，直達地鐵也很方便。
服務也很好，主動提行李，自己辦好入住，行李箱已經在房間門口等你啦
還有24小時的管家，我們的管家lily，溝通很順利，半夜也會回微信，給我們送洗漱用品
