The hotel is very modern and the location is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. The reception service provided by Xiao Yu at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. When I encountered a small problem during check-out, Xiao Xiang at the front desk was very proactive in helping me solve it. The staff I met at the hotel were very dedicated and were able to handle the problem in a timely manner. It was a very satisfactory stay. I will still choose this hotel when I come to Changsha next time.
