比較好的而一次對接，是幫客户預訂，酒店工作人員提前聯繫，瞭解了我客户的入住要求，提前安排備註，客户反饋酒店新，設施完善，房間的景觀非常好，樓層安排的很高，視野非常開闊，整體入住體驗非常好。後續退房的安排也非常妥當，非常順暢，無論是自己住，還是客户住，下次都會再次選擇。

酒店的設施及服務非常好，地理位置的景色很棒，房間可以看到江景，下午茶的蛋糕味道很好，早餐也不錯，樓下就是茶顏悦色不用排隊。特別要説的是，賓客關係主任Diana給我留下非常深刻的印象，總是想客人所想，第一時間提供最優質的服務給到我們，十分感謝。如果將來有機會去長沙，還會選擇世茂希爾頓～
