酒店服務差，歡迎水果從來沒看到過。前台一個女的亂説話。整體管理水平有待提高。另外在攜程商旅價格亂改動，連住的價格比單日訂貴（價格根本看不明白）。導致住宿超標或者需要多次下訂單。以致住宿不便。餐廳無前台人員定點收集餐券，每天早上吃早飯，一個人衝著客户而來收集餐券，導致體驗感差。
