公寓酒店熱水器熱水有限無法連續洗澡能理解，但是由於前台失誤並且在我第一時間反應以後，前台的解決措施是要求洗澡洗到一半的人在浴室等水燒熱，並且表示所有房間已訂滿，沒有空房支持臨時洗澡。第二次燒熱水後洗不到五分鐘再次沒有熱水，跟前台態度強硬反饋後表示12樓有一間空房。這個價位的酒店公寓，前台毫無為客户解決問題的想法，衹是一味的想要簡單的應付式解決（大家從前台回覆即可看出）如果是衹有自己入住我倒是無所謂，問題是和家人一起出遊，非常影響出遊心情和入住體驗。
