品質很不錯的房間，裝修有質感，就是南塔門口的噪音比較多，好像是通病

淋浴間容易堵塞，房東回覆超級慢的，不熱情，空調很臟也很吵。

整體都幾好，但沖涼位置冇燈，老人家會危險，廁所門壞左，要超大力去開/關=勁麻煩 ，另外其中一間位既冷氣好嘈，同埋冇窗，但位置，同客服都幾好👍🏻

整體還算可以，離坡子街，老街挺近出門就到，離杜甫江閣，橘子洲頭走路就可以，公寓是三個大床，適合一大家住，住在一起也挺方便的，
