I came here specially to attend Jay Chou's concert in Changsha. The hotel provides a shuttle bus for guests🚌 and the considerate raincoat service is great. Especially the concierge service is professional. The room is cleaned meticulously and the air is fresh. They also helped to make a reservation for the airport VIP lounge.
