The scenery in Changshu is quite good. Yushan and Shajiabang are both good. The small city is very quiet. I stayed at Atour because it was quite close according to the map. I thought it would be more convenient. There is a front desk that pours water when you enter the lobby. The service is good and the pillows are also good. The down pillows are quite comfortable. Xuan Ting at the front desk also gave us breakfast. I heard that the noodles in Changshu are delicious. I tried it and it was really delicious. The air conditioning is also convenient. The lady at the front desk who I saw first was quite good-looking in comparison. She also spoke very softly. The lobby was very spacious and much more expensive than the average price of 200. The decoration of the room is very nice. I forgot to take photos. But the weather is hot now. It is not recommended to turn on the lights and open the windows. Breakfast is okay. The noodles cooked by the chef are delicious.

I came out to relax with my friends. The location is very convenient. Although the room environment and facilities are a bit old, it is economical. There are delicious places to visit nearby. Let's talk about the service staff. The cleaning lady was cleaning. I went to the front desk to refresh my card. When I came back, I found that there was another aunt in the room. She said that the clothes I hung were the same as hers, and asked how much they were bought. She also wanted to see if there was any difference inside. The zipper of the small purse on the table was still open. She also asked how many days I planned to stay. One person is enough to clean the place. It's not a big area. I don't like to chat with strangers. It's better to just do your own thing. Besides, these questions are not very polite. Overall, everything else is fine.

Newly opened hotel, facilities and services are good, but the double bed is a bit small. The room still has a bit of smell, I called room service and got an air purifier. Breakfast has to queue up due to the National Day holiday, but the hotel is also considerate to arrange a waiting area next to it with snacks and drinks, which is very thoughtful.

GGuest UserWe took the elderly and children out to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. We wanted to be closer, so we booked the Hyatt. The room type was great. Their service was very good. Simona would contact you in advance to tell you how to park and check in, which was very convenient. Due to the typhoon Bebejia, there were some problems with the room we originally booked. They took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive suite. The service was very good and satisfactory. I will book again next time I go to Changshu.

The washbasin faucet in the room is too short, the large shower in the shower room in the Pleasant Goat room leaks, and the small shower slot is loose, so more maintenance is needed.

The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It should be one of the few hotels with large rooms in Changshu. My family came and praised it. The location is also very convenient. You can cross the road to eat and go shopping. I slept well at night. The sound insulation is good. The bath water temperature is also suitable and very quiet. The service is even better. It is very attentive and considerate. It cares about us like a family. Parking is also very convenient and free for guests. It is very cost-effective. I will come again next time.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's sanitation and service are very good. It has all the breakfast varieties, including milk, soy milk, freshly ground coffee, yogurt, various fruits, bread, buns, fried rice and stir-fried vegetables, red sausage, red soup noodles and small wontons~.
The transportation is also very convenient. Bus 101, 102, and 112 are at the door. It is the same bus to Yushan Park and Fangta Park. Walking more than 300 meters is You 5, which leads directly to Changshu High-speed Railway Station and Shajiabang Scenic Area. If you change to tour 112 and tour 5 and then change to tour 10, you can go to Shanghu Scenic Area; if you change to tour 2, you can go to Baoyan Scenic Area in Yushan; if you change to tour 8, you can go to Jiange Scenic Area and City Wall Scenic Area in Yushan. Please also note that buses in Changshu basically end at 20:00 at the latest. You may need to call Didi for the return trip of the night tour to Shanghu and the night tour to Shajiabang, or return before 20:00.
