New and clean hotel. It’s worthy the 5 star rating. The kids play area is very clean and nice quality. Beds and furniture are also great in the room. Personnel of the hotel are really nice. The breakfast menu is rich and the dinning environment is exquisite. I think it’s the best hotel in the area. We really enjoyed our stray!

The service is very good. The service staff took two babies to the children's playground because it was hard to find on the third floor. The children had a lot of fun. The breakfast was also rich, and the noodle cooking aunt was very enthusiastic. In short, it was very good.

I especially want to recommend their hygiene. As soon as I checked in, the lady called their guest room to confirm whether the hygiene was completed, so I was very satisfied with this small detail. It is indeed clean, better than many non-star hotels such as InterContinental and Shangri-La. It is really a Japanese management. The hotel breakfast is also OK, basically all the regular ones are available, cereal, but the coffee is a little worse, and everything else is very satisfactory. We are traveling, and the main attractions in Changshu are a 20-minute drive from the hotel. I drive so it is quite convenient. The Japanese cuisine in the evening is also quite good, but there is no discount for hotel guests. I am willing to come again for the hotel next time.

After eating, I wanted to get some hard dishes such as lamb chops, but they were hard to find. Because I brought children, I also gave them a Children's Day hamburger set meal, but it was a pity that I couldn't eat it and it was completely wasted. . . The overall stay for three days and two nights was very satisfactory. It is still relatively convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. After all, Changshu is not big, and the family has a lot of fun~~ Recommended to choose their hotel for parent-child travel!
