總體非常滿意，但是正如其他住客反應的，泳池因為是外包，對住客非常不友好，泳池前台服務員態度奇差，內部洗澡的洗浴用品形同虛設，都是空的，其實就是個專門給人學游泳的泳池，很敗好感。酒店環境和服務員態度很好，都非常的真誠，第二天因為要去爬山，還特地給我們延遲退房，回來還能洗個澡休息一下。對了，早飯雖然品種不多但是品質非常好。

常熟最好的賓館，離景點近（興福寺），員工負責，房間衞生乾淨，住的步雲樓106浴室下水道返水，希望維修一下，其他都不錯。

已經連續三年來常熟入住這家酒店了，雖然酒店不大但是很有江南意境客房很乾凈 特別是工作人員服務態度真的太好了，由於本地親戚送了我一些活魚，和酒店商量後免費幫我殺好，還用泡沫箱幫我打包好，鋪上冰 真的太感動了。

和家人一起出遊，酒店就在虞山腳下，穿過對面的停車場再走一小段路就是興福寺，非常方便，前台的小帥哥和小美女都很熱情，客房服務的大姐也很貼心因為家有長者還詢問是否需要洗浴座的椅子，早餐的蕈油麪也好好吃很愉快的一次入住體驗，家人都很滿意。

這個酒店最大的特點是熱情，從我們的車停到門口，就有服務人員迎上來幫忙卸行李，遞茶水，直至辦完入住送入房間。酒店位於虞山腳下，周邊環境不錯，距興福寺很近，散着步就到了。房間較大，設施齊全，每天都有送水果和小點心。但停車要到馬路對面的社會停車場，酒店解決費用。這是一個值得再來的酒店。
