設施：基本上還是比較到位的
衞生：大體還行，細節方面需要注意
環境：隔音效果不太好
服務：前台服務非常好
隔音不太好，走廊上走動包括窗外汽車還有房間裏面看電視走廊能聽到，隔音方面還是需改進一下

性價比很高的一家酒店，有很大的免費停車場，每次開出去前到前台掃一下二維碼就行。
設施：硬件設施都挺新，早飯在6樓，還有洗衣房和健身房，電視機可以手機投屏，很方便
衞生：廁所有消毒濕巾，一次性物品也很齊全
服務：前台服務態度好，入住時送小禮物，是飲料和薯片
環境：樓下有一家蘇式麪館不錯，挺好吃，就是要排隊，離虞山和其他幾個景點也很近，開車方便，常熟的停車費也比上海便宜很多
唯一的缺點是隔音不大好，晚上能聽到其他房間的動靜

首先前台接待態度很不錯。在這麼多年旅遊中，真的算有禮貌的。而且進門還有禮物送。房間很大很寬敞，唯一不太好就是枕巾有點臟。
