來考試的，環境差得要死，房間一股黴味，暈了，洗手池還漏水，無語😓，空調遙控器上有粘液，桌上還有毛髮！！！洗漱台上有紅色的東西不知道啥玩意，窗簾上還有紅色的不知道是血漬還是啥，床上也不乾淨！！合理懷疑根本沒換床單！差評差評差評！再也不來！
那個前台服務也不行，還tm收按金！真第一次見，不知道有啥好押的，能把你那破房間弄壞出個啥。
走的急沒拍圖片，房間真的噁心死，嘔吐了，大家避雷吧！

房間總體來説性價比還是很高的，價格合適，衞生
打掃乾淨，客房服務員服務態度很好，但是前台有
個戴眼鏡的姓陳的女士服務態度極其惡劣，事情經
過是這樣的，11月29日，我房間房卡忘記放在房間
了，我站在房間門口打電話給前台詢問能否幫我開
下門，結果前台電話那邊傳來一聲兇巴巴的聲音，
問我為什麼不小心一點，為什麼把房卡落房間，然
後就把電話掛了，也沒有幫助我解決問題開門問
題，我當時都蒙圈了，首先第一點，這個前台的陳
女士沒有一點基本的服務態度和服務意識,態度很
兇，非常霸道，第二點就是證件登記了，我們住店
當然要登記證件，不住店要我們登記什麼證件呢,
就在大堂坐一會兒，又不住店要什麼證件登記呢，
請貴酒店給我一個合理的解釋,這個陳女士又是態
度極其器張，説她要報警，我們住店的人證件都登
記了，你報什麼警請問？這樣的員工第一服務態度
問題很大，第二專業知識和服務技巧要深度培訓,
我希望貴酒店的經理和老闆能夠引起重視和給我一
個解釋!
