酒店服務一塌糊塗，check in前台一問三不知，還要説一大堆最後來一句不清楚，臨走時還被門口保安批評了一頓

總體感覺都不錯，建議1、根據客流量選擇性的組織些才藝演出，員工互動，那豈不更好；2、每棟樓前設定一個出行交通工具，通過掃描消費，豈不二全其美。

房間很舒適，服務很周到，有需要打電話給前台馬上就會派人來，管家Eden有問必答，入住當天還沒到酒店就通過微信把兩天的酒店活動日程都發給我了，回到家還貼心地問有沒有安全到家，十分好評！
