本來不想給差評，雖然第一天本來應該3點入住，結果下午三點房間還沒收拾，已在督促下，讓我們等到快5點才收拾好。主管經理也出面溝通，贈送晚餐，求不要給差評。照片都是我們3點後看到的房間，完全亂的沒收拾的狀態。
但是我和孩子在酒店泳池游完泳回家，第二天回來發現孩子肚子上前胸都是密密麻麻的紅疹子，過敏了，然後我**炎，幾天了都沒好。
泳池換洗衣服的地方很小很臟，放置的椅子都是發黴的。
作為一家親子度假村，衞生做不好，是絕對不能容忍的。值班經理也説這家酒店人手不夠，總部還因為前幾個月虧損大幅裁員，一個阿姨要打掃十幾間屋子，根本來不及，衞生也不可能做細。
再説親自項目，都是走形式，泡泡大戰，泡泡機換了，噴了一點點泡泡；動物餵養區，三頭豬，大部分羊和雞鴨。其餘都是很無趣的親子項目或者根本就沒有。
叫車出行也很不方便，服務人員忙的脾氣也不好，管理不正規，以後還是不要來這種噱頭多的店。給所有帶娃的家庭一點建議，謹慎出行，最近他們的房間都收拾的慢，你去了可能都會延遲入住，因為打掃的人不夠。

不足：
1，卧室黴味重；客廳地毯有污漬；
2，衞生間枱盤的水龍頭幾乎貼近枱盤，使用極其不方便；
3，陽台的桌椅和搖椅很久沒有擦過，坐前需要自己擦拭；客廳落地窗的窗槽有積灰和蜘蛛網；
4，早餐還可以，晚餐不行，菜價高，品種少；
5，房間缺少雨傘、手電筒等必備物品；

房間很喜歡 小木屋 去之前還很擔心 到了以後很滿意 考慮下次住更大的房型 服務很棒 酒店接駁車幾乎隨叫隨到 早餐也很不錯 內容很豐富 飯糰特別好吃 之前看了評價 本來沒什麼期待 沒想到 很好呢 還是要自己親自體驗過才有體會啊 可以可以 玩了騎馬 卡丁車 喂萌寵 在竹子上盪鞦韆 帶着小孩 很開心 慢生活 睡睡懶覺 在酒店陽台上曬曬太陽 竹林裏逛逛 茶園呼吸新鮮空氣 當然 自己也準備了很多自帶的活動 比如 自帶了拓染 去茶園邊上采樹葉 采梅花 自帶了畫畫 在酒店邊的草皮上畫畫 去酒店都小溪邊假裝探險 去竹林裏發現了過冬在去年筍葉裏的碧綠蜘蛛…… 當然酒店自帶很多活動 活動也非常豐富 主要因為我們幾個時間觀念不強 所以就自己撒歡玩啦

五一節期間房間爆滿，在度假村裡騎個電瓶車的感覺很爽，活動很豐富，還可以喂小動物，中餐廳價格不高味道也還不錯。就是聯排木屋房型裏面卧室床距離衞生間非常近，睡覺時有陣陣飄香。。

酒店環境很不錯，訂的親子別墅，兩個房間適合一家人出行。空氣很不錯，適合長者清晨散步。酒店露台正對茶園，滿眼綠色。另外酒店餐廳味道也不錯，土雞蛋很香，臨走還買了雞蛋，回家煮茶葉蛋吃！
