"We planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. When we arrived the next day, Leilei sent us the location and arranged the room on the same floor for us [strong][strong] She was also very thoughtful. She gave the baby a small gift when we checked in. The room was quite large with a wide view. The night view was really beautiful at night. Leilei recommended places to visit nearby. We went to Chengshangou the next day. The children had a lot of fun. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The taste was great. There were many types and it was convenient to choose. It was the first choice for parent-child travel [strong]"

"I checked into your hotel on the evening of the 9th. Since I didn't bring a change of clothes, I washed my own clothes and placed my earphones inside the hotel bathrobe. After checking out around noon on the 10th, I immediately remembered I had left my earphones behind and contacted the front desk to leave a message clearly stating that they were in the bathrobe and requesting that they be kept safe. However, when I went to the front desk to retrieve my items on the 11th, the staff only contacted the cleaning lady at the last minute. She replied that she couldn't find them in the bathrobe, and the matter was left unresolved. The items I left behind on the 10th were only checked the next day; the earphones have most likely already been washed with the linens. I find this inefficiency and the outcome unacceptable. In addition, several issues were found during this stay: 1. There were no hooks in the bathroom, so towels could not be left inside. Guests had to leave the bathroom to retrieve them, posing a slippery safety hazard. 2. The electronic scale in the room was out of power and unusable, rendering it useless. 3. The television screen in the room was dim and lacked sufficient brightness, affecting viewing. 4. The male manager at the front desk was indifferent, offering no basic greetings and displaying a stiff facial expression, resulting in a very poor experience. I frequently travel to Changxing for business and am a Jinjiang Platinum Card member. I had high expectations for your hotel, but the service level and efficiency in handling issues during this stay were far inferior to my first stay. Overall, I was very disappointed. I hope the hotel will address these issues and provide reasonable solutions and improvements."

"The hotel room was quite spacious with bunk beds, which my kids absolutely loved. It's really close to the zoo and the circus. The breakfast had a good variety too, very nice! Plus, staying at the hotel gets you complimentary tickets with unlimited re-entry for three days, which is fantastic."

"The lobby was spacious and quiet, the rooms offered ample workspace, and the internet was stable. Xiao Ye at the front desk processed check-in quickly. A perfect stay! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and well-insulated, Xiao Ye provided warm service, and the location was convenient."

"I took a shower at 9 PM, but the hot water ran out halfway through. I called the front desk, and they said they would check it. It took over an hour for the water to come back on, but it was black and extremely disgusting. They told me to run the water, saying it had been repaired and there was dirty water. I ran the water for 40 minutes, but it was still dirty. I gave up and cleaned myself with cold water. It was snowing in Changxing that day, making my situation even worse. The next morning, the water was still dirty, and the hotel hadn't done anything about it all night. Surely the water in the pipes should be cleaned, but they hadn't. I called the front desk, and they said they didn't know anything about it. I asked for the manager, but he wasn't there. I was speechless. The hotel's attitude was that this kind of situation was normal, and they would fix it if it broke. Other guests who stayed at the hotel that night may have unknowingly showered with dirty water. I even discovered that the hot water coming out of the room opposite mine was also dirty (I discovered this the next morning). To this day, no hotel staff member has called me to apologize. "I visited during Chinese New Year, and it was truly a disaster. I expected it to be crowded during the holiday, but some issues could have been avoided. Hygiene: We only got our room in the afternoon. There were several hairs under the pillow, which made me wonder if the sheets were actually changed. Also, the tissues in the box were a mess – completely unusable. I wouldn't have known if my child hadn't curiously opened it. With so many people, how can this happen? Room Facilities: We played too late on the first day, and when I went to shower early the next morning, the water stopped halfway through. I called, and they said it was under maintenance. So I just had to stand there, half-showered, waiting. Then, at breakfast, I gave my room number and even showed the card holder. But they insisted I provide names and ID numbers. We were a group of 12, and I had no idea whose ID was used for which room. How could I possibly provide that? I asked if the room number on the card wasn't enough, and they said no, in case I'd just picked it up. Seriously, why would I bother picking up something like that? Then, someone next to me just said, 'Someone's inside,' and walked in. Does that mean I don't need breakfast anymore? I can just say 'someone's inside'? It took ages, honestly, it's hard to describe. And after we finally got in, the staff at the front desk were badmouthing people, and they weren't even speaking quietly – everyone could hear them. Breakfast: I even found a hair in my food. Just my luck! Parking: We had three cars. We were in the middle one. The cars in front and behind us were allowed into the underground parking, but they wouldn't let us in, saying it was full. We explicitly told them we had two kids and lots of stuff and asked if we could unload first before going to park, but they refused and just shooed us away. The road was gravelly, and we had to walk a long way. Later, we asked about charging stations, and they said there weren't any. Then they told us to go down anyway. Meanwhile, the car that went down earlier said there were plenty of spots. Why wouldn't they let us in? It was just unbelievable."

"We stayed in the family room, which had two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor, like sewage coming up from the bathroom drains – it was so bad it felt like you were being marinated in it. We couldn't stand it after one night and requested to check out for the second night. The hotel charged a 30% cancellation fee. The whole refund process was incredibly slow; the hotel was moving at a snail's pace. Even Trip.com's active intervention couldn't speed them up."
