房間環境優美，唯一酒店靠近窗户那裡會有小飛🐛，因為綠化覆蓋率達百分之百，所以沒有缺點

環境不錯，房間是中式裝修，但天花板工業風。入住其間有一半的時間水龍頭衹能出熱水，自第二天早晨反應後第二晚修好，但溝通過程能明顯感受到服務訓練可能不足。溝通中還出現了：是不是你們使用方式不對…的話語。訂的晚歺也有些小問題，溝通解決。但入住其間內服務人員熱情度高，尤其是前台幫了很多忙。
結論：不錯的一間鄉村渡假酒店，風景好，環境境不錯，能持續進步多向大型酒店學習的話，是值得去放鬆渡假的地方。

酒店在小村莊內，背靠大山，風景很好，環境清幽，離市中心也不遠，我們湖景房和別墅房都體驗了，前台小妹妹給了我們風景最好的兩個房間，還送了mini吧、歡迎水果和睡前甜湯，服務非常好，酒店對面就是漂流售票處，夏天帶小朋友來玩玩水很不錯哦！

設施：雖然開了幾年但是保養得很好，綠化很好
衞生：房間清潔到位，整潔乾淨
環境：酒店私密性很強，衹有住店客人能進來。一流的環境，鳥語花香，竹林溪水
服務：服務特別棒，前台，餐廳和遇到的工作人員都很親切，門衞老伯認真負責。每年都會來尚隱，享受這一片寧靜，希望酒店越來越好。

服務態度好，環境也很好，菜也很很味，早餐非常豐富，唯一的美中不足就是空調和地暖都不行，去的這兩天正好下凍雨、下雪，好冷！衹能靠五個取暖器，這樣的價格我以為應該有智能馬桶，房間空調不行馬桶都是冰冷的，坐都坐不上去，也許去的不是時候，莊園裡好多遊樂設施都沒玩，以後還會去的！

It was a very satisfying vacation. I have stayed at the Xizi State Guesthouse by the West Lake in the same price range, but it is not as good as Shangyin Resort Manor in terms of comfort and service. The main point is to thank Zhang Ping, Shang Yin's housekeeper, for the very heart-warming hospitality. I plan to take the baby on vacation during the summer vacation.
