Great value for money, the boss's family is warm and sincere, the room is very clean, the dishes are fresh and delicious, and the farm chicken pot is especially recommended! The chicken is free-range chicken on the mountain, the meat is super tender, and the soup is delicious! I ate two meals at their house, which was delicious! The breakfast is also delicious. The fried dumplings for breakfast are made by the boss's family, absolutely delicious! A super expected stay experience, I will choose Ru Ni Su Yuan next time, and I wish the boss a prosperous business!

I really can't help but boast! The homestay is located in the mountains, and the window is full of greenery. The air is so fresh that people can't help but breathe deeply. The whole environment is very exquisitely maintained, with both the tranquility of the countryside and the sense of design. The room facilities are very attentive, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and refreshing, and the details can see the taste of the owner. The dishes in the restaurant are even more pleasant, the ingredients are fresh and authentic, and each one is made with a taste, which completely exceeds expectations. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to departure, every staff member was warm and caring, as natural and thoughtful as a friend. Before leaving, I also received an unexpected magpie box of eggs, simple but warm, and I felt like going home in an instant. Such care is worth coming again many times. Highly recommended to friends who want to escape the city and relax!

This hotel is really good! The room is spacious and there is a yard on the first floor, which can make pets super intimate. Welcome fruit and local purple tea tea bags are delivered as soon as you check in, which is super warm. Xia Mu, the housekeeper who helped us serve, is responsible and efficient, and the response is timely and reliable. Although the breakfast type is not huge, it is enough to eat and the taste is OK. The price is old! The location is very good, the street outside the hotel is gathered, next to the two attractions of Tangchao 12fang and Datang Gong Tea House, although some are deserted, but the photo is very good, the overall is the main high cost performance!

Booked this Jielu Mountain Inn in early spring to relax. The public area is decorated with a festive atmosphere. The boss is always smiling and the service is impeccable. The overall layout of the homestay is also very design-oriented and very suitable for company team building and playing small games. It is worth mentioning that I was very satisfied with the food I booked this time. I originally only booked lunch and went to try the surrounding area in the evening. As a result, the two restaurants I found were not as delicious as the one in the store. I decisively booked lunch for the next day. I told the boss in advance what I wanted to eat, and basically satisfied (*^▽^*)y

This was a truly awful experience. First, upon check-in, the front desk staff was unfamiliar with their system. They couldn't find my reservation at first. After I showed them my Ctrip order, they found it but said I had only booked for two nights, even though my booking was for three. Eventually, she found another two-night reservation, claiming it was from an agent, but I only ever had one continuous three-night booking with Ctrip. It wasn't my fault at any point, but the front desk showed no apology and was unfriendly. It was only when I angrily threatened to complain to Ctrip that they finally sorted out my three-night continuous stay. Secondly, there was absolutely no contact from any butler or staff throughout my stay. I wasn't informed about local tourist attractions or performances, and there was simply no service provided. Thirdly, on my second day, at 1:30 PM, while I was resting in my room, I was disturbed by a phone call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I'm a light sleeper, and this interruption meant I couldn't get back to sleep for the next 45 minutes, no matter how hard I tried. Because of this midday disturbance, I developed a headache later that afternoon and evening (I suffer from migraines, which typically flare up when I'm overworked and haven't rested well, but usually subside after rest. I hadn't had an attack for six months – thanks a lot!). I angrily complained to Ctrip that afternoon, and they forwarded it to the 'manager.' The manager called to offer a verbal apology but essentially implied that since there were two separate bookings, they called me. Later, listening to a recording I casually made, it was clear that your phone staff knew I had a booking for the next day and were asking if I wanted to extend *tomorrow afternoon*. Is this how your hotel treats guests? Disturbing a guest's rest, and the manager just offers a verbal apology, primarily shifting blame to the reseller. Fourthly, most of the scenic family rooms offer a side view. I requested a front-facing room or a higher floor, but was told there were very few available and I'd have to wait until the next day after check-out. I didn't want the hassle, so I settled, and thankfully, I could still see the fireworks completely. Compared to our stay at Moganshan Senbo Kaiyuan, this hotel is just a hotel. The breakfast was especially poor, there was no service to speak of, no butler, and they even call you during your midday nap. They refuse to admit their mistakes, always blaming the agent. There's simply no service attitude or quality to be found. Oh, and speaking of breakfast, the breakfast staff charged us 38 RMB. Even after showing her our breakfast-inclusive booking for three people, it took until the second day for a refund. And then she claimed it was our fault for not asking for the refund when we left on the first day.

Location & Transportation: This hotel is ideal for those traveling by car. The owner has essentially taken over an entire mountain, from the lake at the bottom to the tea house at the top, with fruit orchards and vegetable gardens in between. You can pick different fruits depending on the season. Hygiene: Very clean! Not a single strand of hair in the lobby. The cleaning staff starts early in the morning and is still tidying up past 11 PM, even meticulously cleaning each window. Breakfast: I had read reviews saying the breakfast had limited options, but this time, there were so many varieties! Plus, the stir-fried dishes changed daily. Perhaps because they're farm-to-table, all the vegetables were incredibly delicious and sweet! They also had pickled vegetables and bamboo shoot noodles, just like childhood. Service: All the staff greet you warmly; it feels more like a family-run hotel. If you're comparing it to a five-star hotel, you might find some differences, but the staff, especially the young ladies, remember your face. If you forget your key card and go to the front desk, they'll know your room number just by looking at you. A special shout-out to the young lady with an oval face and ponytail; she walked us to the door when we left and invited us back when the 'fried' season (likely a local delicacy or fruit) starts in August. Restaurant: The restaurant food is excellent! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the fish head and tofu soup; it has absolutely no fishy taste! And the prices are very reasonable. Room Facilities: Since we stayed in a basic room type this time, the room wasn't huge, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The only drawback is that the mountain opposite is a coal mine, which slightly affects the scenery. Activities: You can choose from paid activities like fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rides. Any fish you catch can be prepared for free at the restaurant.

The room was very spacious and the surroundings were nice. However, there was no screen on the window, so mosquitoes were a problem since there was no electric mosquito repellent. The showerhead in the bathroom was a bit old, and the sink faucet was poorly positioned, causing water to splash onto the floor, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the hotel required a deposit, which felt like an extra hassle. The room was also missing a chair; I'd suggest adding one.

workers there don’t speak English so it is hard to communicate,the shower is very dirty so I couldn’t use it and had to leave quickly so I can go and shower somewhere else.Great view though,clean sheets and the rest of the room.I also missed breakfast and I wish they would have reminded me 😅

The entire homestay is nestled among tea gardens surrounded by mountains, with a strong sense of design. There are 12 rooms on 3 floors, each named after a Chinese zodiac animal. Each room has a different style, with some offering tranquil views of vegetation by the window and others offering views of green tea mountains. Each room has its own unique charm. This time, my family and I experienced the rat, sheep, ox, and dog staycations. Each staycation gave me a different feeling. The homestay's own sika deer was the children's favorite, and there was also a silver shaded dog named Zongzi that was very friendly to the guests.
