"We chose Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel because it's conveniently located near the high-speed rail station and Dongyufang Cultural Street, perfect for a trip with seniors and children. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, was very welcoming and thoughtfully arranged our room. They even gave the children a small gift during our stay. We had a great time at the hotel. The gym was well-equipped, and there was a swimming pool for children, open for a long time from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; both the children and seniors were very satisfied."

"A good hotel and place to bring children to stay. A few choices of the type of hotel to choose from. We choose the animal hotel, having animal theme rooms and also have balcony to overlook the animal world. Disadvantage is the smell from the animals, as long as you keep the balcony door closed will be fine. There is also underpass to walk to the parks during bad weather. Hotel breakfast is good but crowded. Staff 小钱 who is the 管家，is very helpful. She provide useful information and goes all out to assist us throughout the stay. She will definitely make your stay enjoyable and memorable."

"I came to Changxing to take the exam. I booked this hotel. I felt that the stay was very comfortable and clean. I also received fruits🎁, which is full of sincerity~ I used the laundry service in the evening, it was very good and clean! The breakfast is also delicious. The glutinous rice with pickled mustard and pickled mustard is delicious. The juice and coffee are also delicious. The white rice porridge is very soft and glutinous. My aunt got up to make the wontons at five o'clock in the morning. When I left, I used high-tech to disinfect my phone and gave it a souvenir. I was so happy."

"The room was spacious. The hotel lobby had penguins and some shows, which are great for toddlers, but older kids might not find them as interesting. The price isn't cheap, and we had to pay an extra 50 yuan for our child's admission. We didn't end up watching any shows inside the entertainment complex. Later, we took a taxi to a wetland park, which was much better – natural, quiet, and comfortable. The entertainment complex was incredibly noisy, with speakers and performers everywhere. The performers felt very amateurish and uninteresting. Our room on the 1907 side didn't quiet down until 10 PM because of a loud music show, making it hard to sleep. The overall experience wasn't great. They even tried to give us a gift at checkout for a good review. To be fair, watching the fireworks across the way from the big lawn next to the hotel was pretty good; the high-altitude fireworks were worth it."

"The front desk staff really needs more training. Extending my stay was a mess; they made me go down to reactivate my key card on the second day. The room number on the key card holder was also wrong – it said Dalian district when my room was in Ningbo district, which took me ages to find! (On the positive side: I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay with 3 breakfasts, and since there were four of us, they gave us an extra breakfast for the first day, which was nice!) I asked for a room with a view of the ancient town's fireworks, and the staff just flat out said no without even checking. The room facilities are too basic and don't match the grand exterior of the building. There was only one nightstand, which was really inconvenient! When I first walked into the room, there was a strange smell, but credit to them, after I reported it, staff promptly brought an air purifier. While it didn't do much, they did try to fix the issue within their capabilities. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk told me, 'The rooms to your left, right, and opposite are all checking out today!' Basically, they were relying on external factors to solve the problem, even though I wasn't checking out! So I just had to put up with another noisy night. My overall experience was not good."

"This hotel might be a nice big hotel in the local area. During the few days I stayed there, I saw several wedding banquets, birthday banquets, etc. The first floor is very lively. The hotel is quite large, but the facilities are old. The lighting in the room is dim and the decoration is old-fashioned brown. The angle of the TV display is somewhat magical, and you need to rotate the TV to watch it. The hotel's breakfast is outsourced. The overall service was not disappointing, but there was nothing impressive or satisfactory about it either. Chain business hotels of the same price or cheaper will be better in room lighting and value-added services."

"Service: The housekeeper, Qiqi, was very attentive and answered all our questions. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the glass which was spotless. Facilities: The air conditioning was too noisy (even on the lowest fan speed). I couldn't sleep with it on due to the noise, but it was too cold with it off. Everything else was fine. It was a unique experience having a white tiger downstairs at the hotel. The package included the zoo and skiing, which was convenient, and we also got half-price admission to other scenic spots. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Every time I come to Changxing, I live in Manju, a hotel under Kaiyuan, in Dongyufang, there are a lot of food and play around, and it is a bus hub station, which is convenient for travel. The hotel environment is quiet and not noisy, suitable for rest. The app is easy to use, Bluetooth opens the door simple and easy to operate, the front desk lady is warm, the room is clean, and the overall price is high."

"The room was hot, the windows couldn't be opened, and there was no air conditioning! It also feels like a decoration! A little irritable! It takes about ten minutes to walk to the shopping mall and about half an hour to drive to Chuanbu Village! The service is okay, the breakfast has few varieties and the fruits are not sweet!"
