"This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance."

The air conditioning in the room was always on, which was a nice thoughtful touch – we could enjoy a cool room as soon as we got back after being out. "Service: The service was excellent. A specialist contacted us a day in advance to help arrange a room with a fantastic view of the fireworks. They even sent a reminder message when it was time. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I'm very satisfied. Facilities: It's a bit of a shame there's no fridge. The foot traffic is really high. We stayed two nights but couldn't get a table at the rooftop restaurant. The performance venue is conveniently located right across the street, but it gets very crowded and a bit hot. It's better to watch the fire show and fireworks from the room. Overall, I'm very happy with the room."

"This is our third time booking the Dragon Dream Ancient Town Hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations! The hotel has a grand Chinese style, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The balcony offers an expansive view; we booked a scenic room and enjoyed watching the ancient town's night view in the evening, and even the fireworks show from bed – a perfect experience. The penguin exhibit in the lobby is still a favorite with the kids and is quite unique. The underground passage leads directly to the performing arts complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient town and see shows without being exposed to the elements or having to take a detour. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Parking is free for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting the Grand Circus and the Animal World. It's suitable for both family trips and romantic getaways. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

"This newly opened hotel boasts new facilities, excellent afternoon tea, and excellent service, including a complimentary fruit and drink. The hearty dry noodle breakfast received widespread praise, along with the complete children's dining set. The children's playground was a highlight, and our two children had a blast. The downsides were the unstable water pressure on the 9th floor, with the shower running hot and cold. The front desk was a bit indifferent and lacked the attitude or ability to resolve the issue. We and our children were moved around three different rooms of the same category before Manager Lin finally upgraded us to the 15th floor, where we finally had a hot shower. Thank you to her and the young man who helped us with our luggage. The service was a bit lacking in initiative. The welcome fruit included in the set menu wasn't there initially, and the children's toiletries were missing; guests had to request them. There was also a slight decorating smell, which we hope will be improved."

"It was a rather average experience... I've always had a good impression of the Wyndham brand, especially since I chose the Wyndham Grand this time. Simply put, it lacked the service, awareness, and demeanor expected of a Wyndham Grand. The hotel was fully booked during the May Day holiday, and there was no hot water... There were no contingency plans, and no effective measures to soothe guests' anxieties... The refrigerator in the hotel room was broken... What would happen if someone needed insulin or insurance? I'm not being picky, but because it's positioned as a Wyndham Grand, not a Wyndham Garden, I'm mentioning these points. I hope they can improve. The fried noodles at the hotel breakfast were good, so I'll mention the positive aspects."

I took a video of the specifics, so everyone can see for themselves. 🌟 Highlights worth praising: 1. **Pool operating hours are excellent:** 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM. No need to rush in the morning; you can swim multiple times a day. It's a lifesaver for families with kids. 2. **High-end hardware:** Toto bathroom fixtures + smart toilet, and the washer/dryer was very effective. The pet-friendly policy also really appealed to me. 3. **Heartwarming recovery service:** We didn't receive our welcome fruits upon arrival last night, but housekeeping specifically sent them this morning. My husband and I joked that the 'Welcome fruits' turned into 'Farewell fruits,' but we appreciated the thought, so it's all good 😂. ⚠️ Some genuine suggestions for the hotel: 1. **Smart toilet 'torture':** The heated seat was still on in mid-summer, which was really scorching. I suggest adjusting it automatically based on the season. Due to the Toto model, the remote is fixed to the wall, so guests can't turn off the seat heating themselves. Engineering, please address this quickly. 2. **Shower maintenance:** Half of the overhead showerhead was clogged, causing uneven water flow. I hope it can be cleaned regularly, and housekeeping should check the shower equipment when cleaning. 3. **Amenity check:** Could housekeeping also pay attention to the remaining shampoo volume when cleaning? 4. **Corridor light logic:** The motion sensor was too sensitive in the middle of the night. Once it turned on, it didn't automatically turn off, so it stayed lit all night. The design isn't smart enough. Overall, it's a value-for-money resort with a solid foundation. I look forward to seeing improvements in the details next time 💪."

"Choosing the right hotel for an ancient town trip is incredibly important! Staying at the Fireworks Tower for a few days was truly a true joy! The most amazing thing is definitely the view! From your room, you can watch the breathtaking fireworks display, the golden sparks flying all over the sky, so relaxing. At night, you can even lie down and watch the fireworks explode across the night sky. Without having to squeeze through the crowds, you get a fantastic vantage point, and every shot is a truly atmospheric photo. And the location is super convenient! During the day, you can enjoy the ancient town, eat, drink, and take in the beautiful scenery. When you get tired, you don't have to walk far. You can return to the hotel in minutes, drop off your belongings, and then head out again. There's no need to waste time commuting. Lazy travelers love this convenience! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit the ancient town!"
