"This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance."

"The hotel left a strong impression of disparity. While the exterior facade looked grand, the interior hardware, climate control, bathroom facilities, and overall hygiene all had significant shortcomings. 1. **Ineffective Climate Control Throughout:** The cooling in all public areas, including the lobby and restaurant, was extremely poor, making prolonged stays uncomfortable. Some areas even relied on portable air coolers. The in-room air conditioning barely functioned; it needed to be set to 1-2℃ and run for several hours before the room temperature would slowly drop. 2. **Aging and Damaged Bathroom Facilities, Poor User Experience:** The bathroom equipment showed severe wear and tear. The showerhead was badly clogged, resulting in a sporadic, weak trickle of water. When attempting to fill the bathtub, water leaked out as it was being filled. The bathroom facilities clearly lacked regular inspection and maintenance. 3. **Inadequate Room Hygiene Control, Prominent Insect Problem:** Small flying insects frequently appeared in the room, on the duvet, and on the curtains. Although there was a sign on the balcony door instructing guests to contact staff if they saw insects, it begs the question of why daily pest control isn't proactively performed during cleaning. 4. **Set-top Box Repeatedly Crashed for No Reason.** On the bright side, the hotel staff's attitude and response speed were satisfactory."

"Service: The service was excellent. A specialist contacted us a day in advance to help arrange a room with a fantastic view of the fireworks. They even sent a reminder message when it was time. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I'm very satisfied. Facilities: It's a bit of a shame there's no fridge. The foot traffic is really high. We stayed two nights but couldn't get a table at the rooftop restaurant. The performance venue is conveniently located right across the street, but it gets very crowded and a bit hot. It's better to watch the fire show and fireworks from the room. Overall, I'm very happy with the room."

"The Ancient Town Grand Hotel offers good overall value for money, making it ideal for tourists visiting the scenic area. You can purchase packages that include attraction passes, which are a great deal when combined with activities. The hotel is quite large and sees a lot of guests checking in. The biggest highlight is the underground passage on the second basement level, which leads directly to the Taihu Performance Center across the street. This means you don't have to brave the sun or rain or cross the road. It's incredibly convenient for returning to the hotel after a show, saving you time and effort when heading back after watching fireworks or traditional iron flower performances at night. There are very few takeaway options around the hotel. For meals, I recommend heading directly into the ancient town streets and dining there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast can get very crowded, so it's best to go early."

"We arrived early, and the rooms weren't available yet. We used the complimentary room ticket and checked our luggage in before heading out to explore. Our housekeeper, Xiaojing, was incredibly helpful. She checked us into our room as soon as it was available, and when we returned from our visit, we didn't even have to go to the front desk; we simply got our room card from the housekeeper. It was so convenient. This was my first time at Dream Dragon, and the housekeeper was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had, promptly attending to our needs, and even giving us a small gift when we left. This trip was excellent, whether it was for accommodation, entertainment, or transportation."

"This newly opened hotel boasts new facilities, excellent afternoon tea, and excellent service, including a complimentary fruit and drink. The hearty dry noodle breakfast received widespread praise, along with the complete children's dining set. The children's playground was a highlight, and our two children had a blast. The downsides were the unstable water pressure on the 9th floor, with the shower running hot and cold. The front desk was a bit indifferent and lacked the attitude or ability to resolve the issue. We and our children were moved around three different rooms of the same category before Manager Lin finally upgraded us to the 15th floor, where we finally had a hot shower. Thank you to her and the young man who helped us with our luggage. The service was a bit lacking in initiative. The welcome fruit included in the set menu wasn't there initially, and the children's toiletries were missing; guests had to request them. There was also a slight decorating smell, which we hope will be improved."

"We stayed in the main building. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was my first time seeing a buffet breakfast that included rice balls! The lawn in front of the main building was perfect for kids to run around, and there were chairs set up, making it a great spot for photos. There were even goalposts on the grass, but unfortunately, no soccer ball, and I didn't bring one either. That's my only regret. The hotel's children's facilities were also very comprehensive. There's an indoor playground, which is great for hot days, and an outdoor playground too. The weather wasn't too hot that day, so the kids had a blast at the outdoor playground. There were also plenty of hotel vehicles (toy cars/bikes), and I got lots of smiling photos of my child. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the trip."

I suggest adjusting it automatically based on the season. Due to the Toto model, the remote is fixed to the wall, so guests can't turn off the seat heating themselves. Engineering, please address this quickly. 2. **Shower maintenance:** Half of the overhead showerhead was clogged, causing uneven water flow. I hope it can be cleaned regularly, and housekeeping should check the shower equipment when cleaning. 3. **Amenity check:** Could housekeeping also pay attention to the remaining shampoo volume when cleaning? 4. **Corridor light logic:** The motion sensor was too sensitive in the middle of the night. Once it turned on, it didn't automatically turn off, so it stayed lit all night. The design isn't smart enough. Overall, it's a value-for-money resort with a solid foundation. I look forward to seeing improvements in the details next time 💪."
